TEAMLEAD ALERT! 

We are looking for a teamleader to work in a fixed shift (early/late) for Bleckmann! This is a growing multinational in the logistics sector, located in Desteldonk / Rieme.

In this position you will:

• Guide your team in their daily tasks. You motivate and coach them!
• Take care of training new employees and follow up on their progress.
• You report to the Supervisor.
• Make innovative propositions to contribute to the optimal functioning of the department.
• Give feedback that will have a direct impact on the improvement of the company. It is much appreciated!
• Work alongside your team in the warehouse. That way, you will always be in touch with their wants and needs.
• Take care of the administrative tasks.
• Be the back-up Supervisor in case of absence. This gives you yet another possibility to show your true capabilities and grow in your position!

Profiel en vaardigheden

Who are you?

• Do you have experience in managing a team as a supervisor or manager? 
• Do you have a basic understanding of the logistics sector?
• Are you someone with a real hands-on mentality? Who is always active, both in body and mind?

We are looking for:

• Someone with a good understanding of the ins and outs of a logistics organization.
• Someone who has experience in managing a team, be it professional or in free time.
• It is important to have an excellent understanding of the English language! You ensure the communication to your team.
• Someone who is flexible and resistant to stress, but also a real people’s person.
  
• You have an analytical insight and would like to use that insight to improve both themselves and the organization.
• Someone who is willing to work in a fixed shift (fixed early/late shift).
• But above all a real teamplayer who wants to contribute to an open and enthusiastic work culture.
